Our client a top tier specialist law firm, is looking for an Employment Associate to join their growing team. The department is highly regarded and acts for numerous institutions, major corporates and high-ranking executives, dealing with a host of compliance and strategic employment matters.
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have upwards of 3 years PQE specialising in Employment and experience running a varied contentious and non-contentious caseload. You will also have experience with Employment Tribunal litigation ideally from a respondent perspective. You will be responsible for giving HR advice to businesses ranging from SMEs to PLCs and advising Senior Executives on contract negotiations. You will also be willing to supervise other members of the team.
