Our client, a national leading law firm are currently looking for an Employment Associate to join their team and advise clients on a wide range of employment matters.
You will be responsible for assisting clients on both contentious and non contentious matters including employment tribunals, corporate support (including TUPE) and drafting contracts, policies and procedures. You will also give more general advice covering disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and maternity rights.
As the successful candidate you will have around 3-5 years PQE with extensive employment experience including the full range of regulatory policies and procedures including equal opportunity and diversity, data protection and confidentiality/security, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering etc.
