Based in central London our client is a specialist employment firm with US roots and one of their European bases in London. Just because they are a US firm does not mean there is a long hours culture here, so do read on! The Partners are established well respected employment lawyers with a client base to match and rankings in the Legal 500 and Chambers to match.

You can expect to represent employers on a mixture of corporate advisory and litigious matters. these will include employment contracts, handbooks, and policies; all aspects of managing employees and employee relations; discrimination; statutory and family leave; terminations and settlement agreements; social media; whistleblowing; data protection; non-compete provisions and protecting confidential information; and employment litigation in employment tribunals and the civil courts.

Our client is one of the few firms operating in the U.K. have true expertise in managing employment issues outside the U.K. or on a global basis. You will also manage employment matters emerging anywhere in the world including cross-border employment projects for companies that are present in or are expanding across several jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will likely be between 0-2 PQE and have gained experience working in a recognised firm for employment law in London, Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds and looking to join somewhere you will get hands on experience and exposure to fantastic work.

Please apply as directed.
