Urgent requirement for an experienced ER Specialist to quickly add value in this 6 month FTC and support a busy team within this large multi faceted organisation. Previous exposure to wide ranging ER issues, from absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance to capability and LTS issues. you will need to be up to date on employment law issues and be a confident and pragmatic operator who is able to work across all levels of staff and be seen as trusted advocate to line managers on all matters ER. Experience of operating within a unionised workforce is essential too. Ideally CIPD part qualified/qualified, however not essential. There will be an element of travel to sites within the Southeast too, so mobility and flexibility is key.
