Our recruitment partner is looking for an expert in ER to manage complex ER case loads and provide expert advice across the business. Within the role you will be expected to oversee Tribunal and legal matters and where possible seek to address ER issues at any early stage to mitigate tribunal claims.
We are looking for an experienced ER professional who has experience in TUPE, Redundancies and acquisitions and who is able to take this knowledge and expertise to the business. You will be known by others for your ability to build credibility and trust quickly and know how to balance HR best practice with a commercial business focus. You must possess a high level of communication and engagement skills and resilient in handling conflict
This role requires you to travel cross sites so you must hold a full UK licence with your own car and there may be requirements which will involve working out of hours.
