You will work closely with the HR Director as well as the wide business and handle all ER related aspects from the basic to the most complex. ideally CIPD qualified, however not essential, it is the your employment law knowledge that is most crucial.With a business that is growing at over 25% per year, you won't get bored and in terms of future career development plans there will be scope to progress within the business.
