Working for an emergency response service, we are looking for Response Call Handlers to provide a fast and efficient service to all users due to a sudden influx in calls.
The response centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year it provides a monitoring and emergency service via a bespoke developed computer system, ensuring fast access to essential information. Using this information a decision will be made on the appropriate action to be taken for the service user.
What will I be doing as an Emergency Response Call Handler?
* Acting as the first point of contact to all incoming emergency and none emergency calls
* Updating the system with accurate call notes to ensure an excellent service
* To select and assess each call and follow procedure to enable a successful conclusion
* Provide a high level of service to local and police authorities, service users and housing associations
We are looking for applicants who have worked within a call centre before, this is essential due to the nature of the position and the imminent start dates.
As the successful Emergency Response Call Handler you will have a calm, empathetic approach whilst working at a fast and accurate speed.
You must have demonstrable experience of using IT systems and software to a competent level.
As a Response Operator working for this market leader in technology enabled care, you will be fully flexible in your hours of work to provide cover as per your shift pattern.
You will be based at the Doncaster site where there is free parking and access via public transport
