Early Years Trainer

  • Location - North West / Remote
  • Hours/Contract - Full time - 35 hours per week, Permanent
  • Salary - £24,355 rising to £24,896 + fuel expenses
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays

We are currently working with a fast-growing training company based in the North West who are recruiting multiple roles including candidates who have experience in Early Years / Nursery Care within a supervisory/management level role or experience within training within this sector.

Following business growth, the company you will be working for is recruiting additional tutors to deliver accredited vocational training programmes for learners based in the North West. The salary for these positions is £24,355 rising to £24,896, based on working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Trainer you will be delivering courses on Early Years Care to apprentices. If you are passionate about Early Years Care, have extensive experience in the industry and would like to pass on your knowledge and experience to deliver Apprenticeship training we want to hear from you. This role will be ideally suited to someone based in the Liverpool / Cheshire area.

Your work will be both remote and will also involve travelling throughout the North West. You need to be someone that can deliver learning sessions that include e-learning modules & 1 to 1 sessions in the learners workplace. You will also, be required to apply flexible, imaginative, innovative and creative problem solving, taking different ideas and approaches and putting them into practise.

To apply for these Trainer roles, you will require the following:

  • Extensive experience working in the Early Years Care industry.
  • Experience working in a Senior/Supervisory role in the Early Years Care industry.
  • An Early Years Care qualification (Apprenticeship or foundation degree) would be beneficial but not essential.
  • GCSE A-C in maths & English or equivalent
  • Excellent organisational skills and a professional demeanour with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid driving licence and your own car, with a willingness to travel within your region.
  • A keen interest in supporting people through their Apprenticeship.
  • Must have or have the ability to obtain enhanced DBS & CBL security clearance.
