Due to rapid growth, our client is looking for an E-commerce Product Merchandiser to join their E-commerce Team, at the heart the Marketing Department.
As an E-commerce Product Merchandiser, you will be a key contributor to the growth of the product revenue and performance of their online shop.
In this role you will contribute or take ownership of many exciting projects, ranging from new product introductions, optimisation of existing products or site merchandising activities - always with the customers' best interest at heart!
Expect a high level of interaction with a fun and dynamic marketing team, who will provide you with insights into strategy, products and customers, as well as all the content, tools and support you will need to deliver results!

Role Objectives:

* Utilise a range of sources to understand customers' needs and requirements
* Coordinate with the Creative Team and Studio to organise the production of assets
* Measure their product and page performance, then take action based on the insights
* Coordinate internal communications, sampling and product demos with other departments
* Build and update product pages, delivering an outstanding user experience
* Deploy optimisation strategies through CRO and A/B testing
* Organise site merchandising, promotional and seasonal activities
* Coordinate launches with Channel Specialists, bringing products to centre stage!
* Gather and act on feedback from customers and stakeholders on products

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

* Solid, hands-on experience with an established online business
* A passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
* Good technical abilities and experience working with marketing technology
* A data driven mindset and numerical abilities
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with project management tools and agile would helpful
