Ebilling Assistant

Position: 12 month FTC (likely to go perm)
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: 9 - 5 (Mon - Fri)
Salary: 22k

Fantastic opportunity to join a global professional service business on a 12 month FTC. You'll work closely with the E-billing Administrator and Finance Operations Manager to provide consistent and results driven outcomes.

This opportunity:

This organisation is always looking at ways to enhance, streamline and modernise processes directly affecting their clients. You will mainly manage the ebilling process and related processes for their clients who require their invoices to be transmitted electronically. Working with internal timekeepers to maintain a central database of agreed client terms and bespoke requirements, you will deliver a high quality and accurate service to our internal and external clients. You will be using a number of systems including Elite and ebillingHub to upload ebills and maintain client and matter level data. Whilst a working knowledge of these systems is preferred, knowledge of other ebilling platforms will suffice. You'll also assist in developing internal solutions to ensure client ebilling rules are adhered to across the firm and investigate all queries to provide a timely resolution.
