Document Controller/ Data, Records and Process Administrator
Must be able to Travel to Sheffield Leeds and Manchester (expenses will be paid)
Immediate start 6 months contract

We are looking for someone comfortable with tech, finding and proposing solutions, attention to detail, experience with Power BI would be useful but not essential (and if no experience, then the competence and willingness to learn) The role involves lots of process defining, mapping and implementing, and a reasonably large chunk will also be digitising hard copy documentation and storing it electronically too.
Candidates will be highly organised, pro-active and capable of ensuring that the filing system is kept up to date at all times. This would appeal to those with a strong work ethic and a preference to be site-based on a busy scheme working in a dynamic environment.

Identify and document digitised documents into an electronic filing structure (will involve scanning of hard copy documents)
The Document Controller is responsible for the companies controlled documents and records. The key documents and records are those related to the product/customer technical files and those in support of the company's management system.
This involves coordinating with various departments)
- 2+ years documentation control experience desirable
- Accurate and good attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Flexible and proactive
- Organisational and reporting skills
- Co-ordination and communication skills
