A highly rated regional law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh.

The team deals with a broad range of commercial and other civil disputes for clients in the private and public sectors, including high value and complex litigated cases in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. The team also regularly represents clients in appeals before the Supreme Court and in cross-border litigation. The role will be varied, including advising a range of public and private sector clients, primarily, within the construction and engineering sector. The successful individual will work on contentious claims and disputes across a range of dispute resolution processes, including mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration.
