Dispute Resolution Solicitor

A highly-rated law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team. The position could be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. They are flexible on location.

The successful individual will handle a broad range of general civil dispute resolution matters including property litigation, commercial litigation, landlord and tenant, planning, construction, public law, trusts and executries, debt and employment. There may be a particular focus on property litigation and landlord and tenant law though, depending on experience.

Key desirable skills:

• Scottish qualified with, ideally, 0-4 years experience
• Dispute resolution experience is preferred, but not required
• Confident working independently, but able to work with other team members
