A highly-rated law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh.
The team acts for insurance companies as well as some commercial organisations and private clients. The successful individual will deal with a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, including handling claims involving property damage, product liability, professional negligence, construction contracts, the construction of insurance policies and also a small number of personal injury claims. You will handle both litigated and unlitigated claims in pursuer and defender actions.

Key desirable skills:
- Scottish qualified with, ideally, 0-4 years experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Communicates and works well with a team
- Able to devise effective strategies for clients
