My client, a boutique financial services organisation is looking for a Director of Operations as they embark on an exciting phase of customer innovation.

You will be responsible for

  • managing key operational, client services and business development staff, ensuring delivery of objectives with an eye for continuous improvement.
  • Provide day to day support for delivery of strategic objectives and project planning.
  • Keep focus on the evolution of touchpoints throughout the customer journey of technology, operations and people.
  • Lead from the front by displaying company values and promoting a collaborative culture.

You will need to be open, confident and collaborative with a track record of stakeholder engagement and vendor management.

Be robust, resilient and embrace challenger thinking.

Willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example by being on the frontline of customer issues.

The ideal candidate will also be degree educated or possess equivalent professional qualifications, and be able to demonstrate success as a change management champion throughout their career in financial services or similar regulated industries.

A salary of up to £60k, and a good benefits package awaits the cuccessful candidate.
