We're on the lookout for ambitious Call Centre Managers and people with team management experience to fill full-time Dialler Manager roles at a top company with offices across the Leeds/Yorkshire area. This superb opportunity would suit a motivated individual with a background in call centres and data analytics and includes a starting salary of between £30k - £45k, depending on your experience plus the chance to DOUBLE your salary through a bonus scheme!
In this Dialler Manager role working for a leading company in the insurance market, you'll be responsible for the service levels and call quality of a team of inbound call agents. You will manage these metrics and be the first point of contact for the Sales Director. You will be experienced with using Microsoft Excel and will be comfortable analysing the team's data and presenting the results.
You'll have the flexibility to use your team and the available resources to hit your targets and develop new campaigns.

This role will suit an organised and collaborative individual who can handle a high volume of incoming work efficiently and can develop creative solutions. You will ideally have two years' experience working with as a Dialler Manager alongside a superb eye for detail. Previous management experience is a definite advantage.
