Device Support Advisor - Borehamwood, Hertfordshire - 20 hours per week
£18,695 (pro rata)
Shift pattern: Wednesday to Sunday 5:00pm - 9:00pm

You will be technically minded and a natural born problem solver who enjoys customer and client interaction. Most importantly you will deliver impeccable service in a friendly, timely manner.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional technical support to our partners.
2. Servicing all internal and external technical support requests within service level agreements.
3. Working as part of a team to meet department service level agreements.
4. Ability to identify problems quickly and implement resolutions.
5. Proactively investigating and recommending solutions for first time fixes.
6. Working with technology teams to report software and hardware bugs.
7. Educate partners on the how to unlock the full capabilities of the devices to grow
What you'll need
1. Excellent verbal and written communication.
2. Previous experience in customer service (desirable).
3. Excellent IT skills.
4. Familiar with android operating systems.
5. Great attention to detail.
6. Open to new ways to working, ability to work independently and adapt to change.
