A leading UK law firm is looking for an experienced transactional Derivatives lawyer to join the Structured Finance. You will do high quality Derivatives work where the firm has an extremely strong business in particular with the leading Investment Banks and there is a great progression in the team to move onto the Partnership track plus have a good work / life balance. The type of workin includes cutting edge transactions, innovative market infrastructure and financial regulation across all Derivatives asset classes and there is plenty of support and knowledge in the team to help you further develop your expertise in this area.
Ideally you will have:
- At least 4 years' experience in Derivatives / Structured Products legal work
- Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
- Ideally 5-9PQE but open to considering experience outside of this PQE range
- UK Qualified
- Strong academics
