We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to work for one of the leading contract caterers in the market, working in an exciting world renowned site. Within this premium setting, you will be working to the highest standards supporting the FOH and BOH team with daily breakfast, lunch and events.

We are looking for a strong people person, with a background working within B&I that operate at the highest level.

* Managing a team of 10
* Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager
* Book keeping, stock take, Health & Safety and Payroll
* Preparing and serving cold and hot drinks
* Servicing customers

• £40,000 DOE plus overtime paid at time and a half
• Contract Catering experience preferred but not essential
• Monday to Friday (every weekend off)
• Daytime hours
