Learning Disability Service

I am currently looking for a Deputy Manager or Senior Support worker looking for a step up to join a lovely Learning Disability Service in Liverpool. This is a Monday - Friday role but some flexibility will be needed paying a salary of £12.39 ph. You will be expected to do one shift on the floor but the rest of the role is supernumerary.

This is a brilliant service for younger adults with physical disabilities and offers a unique approach offering each service user has the option to pick, plan and be a part of their support. They focus on everyone in their care gaining the correct skills and experience to gain independent living when they're ready.

The service is looking for a Senior Support worker level 3 qualified health and social care who has a real passion for the care of others and has the skills to manage a team. As a Deputy Manager at this well-run organisation, there are numerous benefits:
