Deputy Project Manager

Your job:
Working alongside the Project Manager in your full time role, the Deputy Manager (Learning Disabilities), will be expected to support the Project Manager in leading and managing the supported living project or community-based project. They will assist in leading the team to deliver a quality service that reflects the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission and meets the high expectations of our clients and their families.

Some of your daily responsibilities:
? Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in providing a rota that helps each client with the hours agreed by Social Services.
? To ensure that staff teams are led proactively and supported to deliver a high standard of Care and support.
? Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring that the support provided matches the assessed needs of people with a learning disability.
? Ensuring that all individual needs are assessed planned, implemented and evaluated.
