Search Consultancy is working to recruit a Deputy Manager for a temporary post for approx. 3 months to support a charitable organisation's growing outreach service.
This a thriving DCA working with adults with learning disabilities in their own homes within the Eastleigh and New Forest areas of Hampshire.
The success of this service has seen it grow to an extent where the manager and deputy manager require additional support for a period of time.
To assist them we are looking to recruit a deputy manager to work alongside the established team, primarily office based but there would be an expectation of hands on care delivery including personal care and extensive travel across Hampshire, so we are looking for candidates that are car drivers and own or have access to a car.

The hours are 38 per week and there is an expectation that these would be worked according to the needs of the service at the time so each week can be quite different from the one before depending on new referrals, staff sickness and other factors.
Office days are usually 9-4.30 but there will be extensive work in the community covering care that is often in evenings and early mornings and the hourly rate of pay would be between £11.50 to £15.04 an hour depending on experience and PAYE or Umbrella rate of pay.
