Role: Deputy Home Manager
Salary: £42,432 - £44,928 (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Full Time 48hrs
Location: Blanefield

Are you an experienced Supervisor/Senior Staff Nurse ready to make that next step up in your career to Deputy Manager? My client is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager within their Care Home, based in Blanefield.

As Deputy Manager you will assist the Home Manager to ensure the provision of high quality and the kindest care to Residents is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and home management. You will assist and drive continuous improvement within the home both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.

To be considered for this role, you will be a RGN with current NMC pin on NMC register.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a Supervisory role in a Care Home setting. You will have a flair for leadership and a real understanding of what quality care looks and feels like. You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality and kind service, occupancy, financial performance and development of external relationships.

Deputy Manager pay rate of £17 - 18ph initially, with a review upon the satisfactory completion of the 12 week probation period.

The rate offered will be dependent upon previous experience of the role, personal fit with the person specification and performance at interview.
