I am currently looking for a Deputy Children's Home Manager to join a superb service in Buckinghamshire. This is a full time permanent position offering a fantastic salary of £32,000pa.

You will be responsible for the full range of activities to manage a children's home in line with the Children's homes regulations and quality standards. You will support the Registered Manager (or equivalent) in the development of the service as well as supporting children and young people in a person centred way, promoting the organisation's DNA and core values.

The service itself provides education to children who have severe learning disabilities, autism and other complex behaviours throughout the year. You will need to be passionate and have a caring and supportive attitude, not only to the children but also staff members and management.

You will need to have experience managing a team as well as working within residential child care. To be successful within the role you will also need a minimum Level 3 diploma in Children's residential.
