Search are looking for an experience and highly motivated Deputy Care Manager to work for a large care company in Oswestry, Shropshire.

This is a chance to work in a brand new 3 Bed home for Children with EBD, and take charge of a senior role. Roles include:

*Assist the manager in developing a management style which balances the need to exercise control and give direction with the need to offer staff the opportunity to contribute to decision making.
*Ensure that all new staff receive a proper induction to the home.
*Ensure that each member of staff has a personal develop plan.
*Ensure each member of staff receives supervision in line with the Quality Standards for Children's Homes 2015
*Attend senior staff and team meetings, facilitate communication and provide opportunities for consultation and staff development.

This home operates on a 2:4 shift pattern (two shifts on, four shfits off), plus fantastic employee benefits such as:

Requirements:

Driver with access to own vehicle
