A solicitors practice who specialise in commercial litigation and debt recovery, are seeking a paralegal for their busy team.

You will manage a portfolio of clients and increase clients' recoveries year on year, collecting debts on behalf of FTSE 100 clients as well as small businesses.

You will advise clients on debt recovery procedures and appropriate options, preparing all necessary court papers, dealing with the matter from letter before action all the way through to enforcement. There is a fantastic opportunity for client contact as well as drafting legal documents and dealing with more complex matters. There is also an opportunity to get involved with overseas collection and other dispute resolution matters.

You should have experience in debt recovery and knowledge of the Pre-Action Protocol as well as the Civil Procedure Rules. You will also have experience in dealing with court documents and enforcement methods. Knowledge of corporate insolvency processes would be useful but is not essential
