The role


* Responsible for the successful implementation of the new NVM dialler solution for Standard accounts (Phase 1) and Collections (Phase 2)
* Supporting the IT team to ensure the most complete and working solution is delivered
* Suggest and implement effective changes to the dialler to drive maximum data utilisation and performance
* Monitor and feedback on performance to Head of commercial, STM regarding band member performance relating to dialler stats (DMC per hour, contacts per hour, AHT, list pen etc.)
* Work with the Head of commercial to deliver improved dialling strategies for Standard accounts and collections to maximise data usage
* Create and own scripts working in partnership with marketing, STM and parents
* Implement real time adjustments to the dialler to maximise performance and regulatory compliance
* Document all dialler processes, data management processes and scripts, with version control

Data management

* Work with Senior Trading Manager and Marketing teams to own and deliver data processes to support multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns in Salesforce, Pardot and with third party contact centres.
* Work with the Commercial Analyst and Music Licensing teams to ensure data purchasing and campaigns are based on insight and analysis (maximizing spend with high performing data)
* Review results of campaigns and data lists to drive future improvements.
* Support Senior Trading Manager with results of data lists and develop relevant KPI suites to track results.
* Work with Marketing team to progress utilisation of and integration of Pardot with Salesforce.
* Liaise with incumbent and potential future B2B data suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and processes followed.
* Investigated and instigate improvements in database matching and suppression rules.
* Work with the Standard Accounts Manager to review Auto-renewal data and ensure auto renews process is fluid and topped up daily.
