Data Gathering Administartor (Financial Services), Basic salary cira 30k

The Role:

An excellent opportunity to join one of the largest financial advice networks in the UK as a Data Gathering Administrator. In this important role, you will be responsible for data gathering on behalf of Financial Advisers to facilitate the pensions advice process.

Responsibilities:

You will be contacting clients on behalf of their Advisers and gathering the data required to facilitate their advice
Contacting the ceding pension schemes to request details of the clients' benefits
Working in collaboration with the Advisers to ensure their requirements are met and any issues are resolved
Ensuring consistency and quality of the data gathered within the team through weekly pulse meetings
Identify and champion improvements and escalate exceptions of Adviser trends
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met
Undertake all aspects of the role in line with Openwork's Codes of Conduct

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Desirable
Level 4 Diploma
Part qualified with some Financial Services Qualifications
Experience within a similar based role in Financial Services

Essential

A knowledge of COBS products and sales processes, COBS pensions regulations and legislation requirements, Treating Customers Fairly, GDPR and Financial Crime

An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Sound judgement and decision-making skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to maintain composure whilst under pressure and to prioritise, organise and delegate accordingly
