Data Entry (Excel) - Doncaster DN4 - Free Parking
Immediate start - Temporary - Permanent
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - £8.50ph

Search Consultancy is proudly working with a unique business in the DN4 area of Doncaster to recruit a data entry clerk. We are looking for somebody who has a good knowledge of excel and data entry to help the business at this very busy period.

You will be working within the Plant Hire department so knowledge of this sector would be advantageous. The role will involve gathering information off various spreadsheets to create quotes for suppliers; you will liaise a lot with the Buyer in the business.

You must be able to pick things up quickly and able to use excel to succeed within this role!

The duties and responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

* IT Data entry of plant hire information
* Entering requisitions off of an excel spreadsheet on to the in house system to create a quote for the supplier
* Choosing the machinery used and the operator details
* Communicating with the company buyer to raise purchase order numbers
* Entering operators missing timesheets when needed
* Making sure the excel spreadsheet is then updated with all the quote information and neat and tidy
