Cyber Security Business Development Mangager

A high growth SME involved in the Cyber Security market are currently looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support ongoing growth plans in Scotland. The organisation has capacity to act as a consultancy, carrying out assessments for vulnerability with a main focus on key access points.

Candidates must have experience in the industry, preferably with knowledge of tier one vendors such as Fortinet, Symantec and Cisco to name a few. A consultative approach is a must, as is the ability to build lasting relationships.

You will also be supported by an internal sales team who drive leads and conduct various aspects of lead generation and telesales. New business is the flavour of the day and you must be able to demonstrate clear client wins however a "black book" of existing clients would not be required.

I am open to working with candidates of varying experience levels, salary/package will be tiered to suit and earnings/OTE would realistically be approaching six figures in total with over delivery being well above. The commission package is truly market leading with various kickers and incentives for going above and beyond targets.

If the above doesn't excite you enough, candidates will be given the opportunity to have shares in the company based on good performance. As a high growth business this could work out as an extremely lucrative venture and gives a long term plan in terms of career development.

That being said, you need to be an expert in the field, this includes having an in depth knowledge of cyber products, especially when looking at access point security and control. The more detail you could provide on this to support your application the better, however this will be discussed in detail during interview.
