Service Desk Analyst - Reading - £25,000- £30,000
My client is going through a large scale IT transformation which is seeing them double their IT function in size. They are looking to on-board 2 Service Desk Analysts who have previous experience working within the Professional Services.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will form part of the IT team, providing technical support to all members of the company and work with colleagues to deliver high quality IT Support.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users via phone, remote connection and desk side
Set up users, computers, mobile devices and access rights on the approved systems
Resolving customer issues or escalating where necessary, aiming to achieve a high % first time fix
Identify the nature of technical problems and work with colleagues and external suppliers as required
Any project work where required
Strong experience working as a Service Desk Analyst, within the Professional Services sector
Excellent customer service experience and stakeholder management
Proven experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Team leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
Organised and process driven
Ability to work well under pressure
