£20,500 plus annual bonus

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a leading financial services client in the heart of Newcastle. If you have a confident yet empathetic approach, then this role is for you!

What will you be doing?
* Gathering information regarding insurance
* Assisting with enquiries via inbound calls and emails
* Directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary
* Liaising internally and externally for various bits of information
* You will receive full training, with the support and tools required to be successful
