Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £22,500 + monthly bonus

About you

* Good customer service skills to build up good rapport with your customer
* You are a good communicator, enjoy listening and are empathetic
* You have strong questioning skills
* You enjoy to be a part of a team but can also work on your own
* Have a first time resolution approach
* You cope well under stress
