Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Five minutes from Leeds Train Station, my client, a fast expanding and developing business, is seeking to hire administrators (who may be entry-level), customer service advisors, and customer service representatives.

What are your duties and responsibilities?

Managing a large case load of clients and being solely responsible;
Taking inbound and outbound calls from third parties, such as estate agents or lenders;
Ensuring that all emails are responded to promptly and professionally;
Using multiple IT systems to track work load;
Correctly processing a number of legal documents;
Updating clients on the progress of their case;
Productively prioritising work load.

What are the requirements?

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work towards targets and KPI's
Experience of working in a high volume/fast paced environment
