Customer Service Advisor
Location - Edinburgh city centre (in office full time)
Pay - £13.20 per hour / £24K per annum (35hrs per week)
Hours - 9-5pm Monday to Friday
Temp to perm contract

We looking to engage with talented individuals who have a call centre experience and passion for providing excellent customer service for our client in financial services.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
The Customer Service Advisor will support customers ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony, to supporting our customers via email and website communications.
- To provide accurate information to Customers via the most appropriate channel (telephone, email or webchat)
- Knowledge Management - keeping up to date with processes, rules and products
- Identify, handle and resolve customer complaints
Key Skills Required:
- Experience of working in a call centre environment or experience with high volume calls and emails
- Behaviours and approach to listen for and understand a customer's request, identifying what is required to deliver to that need
- Strong attention to attention
