Customer Service Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a rapidly growing business in Gateshead. We're currently partnering with a busy organisation to recruit experienced full-time Customer Service Advisors on an excellent salary of £20,000 and benefits package.
As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be required to take inbound calls and to develop good relationships with customers with a focus on first call resolution. You will be taking calls to schedule proactive maintenance for customers, as well as arranging for technicians to attend emergencies.
Our client supports UK industry ensuring that businesses can keep travelling and delivering goods safely on the roads. Full training will be provided. The shift pattern is between 8am - 8pm with rotational weekends
You will be based in modern offices and joining a customer focused and energetic team, with no one day being the same. You will have the opportunity to build real relationships with customers over the phone servicing their accounts and ensuring that they are being supported fully in their journey.
Applicants for this inbound Customer Service Advisor role will require a strong background in customer service, including:
- Customer service representative experience or helpdesk experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Substantial responsibility and ownership to ensure customer requests are met in full.
- The ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes, suggesting ways to improve the overall customer experience.
