As a client relationship manager, you'll be a vital member of the team, working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of attention to detail and accuracy throughout.

Key responsibilities for this customer service manager role include:

  • Managing client services and mailboxes
  • Delegating work to the client services team through the company CRM
  • Assisting with the management of adviser/client appointments
  • Acting as the point of contact for the client services team

Your required Client Services Team Leader skills and qualifications include 3+ years in an admin role (preferably in an IFA firm), working knowledge of financial CRM systems and a high proficiency (and enjoyment) working with Microsoft Office and standard computer programmes.

In return for your client services expertise, enthusiasm and management skills, you'll receive:

  • A salary starting at £30,000 p/a

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9 am till 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
