Fluency in French and English is of course essential along with excellent communication skills, confidence working in a fast paced role and the ability to be resilient and resourceful under pressure. You will be customer focused, detail orientated and will demonstrate strong problem solving and organisation skills.
With an aptitude for working with technical products and services, you will be quick to learn and confident working on you own initiative to learn new processes and procedures.
A typical day as Customer Support Administrator will include:
Handling calls relating to orders, service issues or complaints in French and English
- Handle and accurately log a wide range of enquiries
- Order processing
- Process payments and credit notes
- Proactively contact customers to discs the renewal of services
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Translating of documents
