Customer Success Manager - Brighton - OTE £50k
Do you have experience in a technical Account Manager or Customer Success position?
A Brighton based, global software company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Work closely with existing clients to provide guidance and training from the companies products
- Understand key performance metrics and deliver strategy & analytic reviews
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure your customers requirements are being met
- Have up to date knowledge of the market and network with current and potential clients
To be successful
- A technical sale background with a strong understanding of SaaS
- Experience in an Account Manager or Customer Success position
- Excellent communication skills while being able to adapt to different situations
- Previously working within a consultative sales role
- Experience in creating and maintaining project plans
- A genuine passion for technology would be hugely beneficial

This is full time permanent, with base salary £26,000 OTE £50,000 per year.
