Job Title: Customer Service Team Manager - Night Shifts
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Working Hours: 7pm-7am, 4 days on 4 days off

On a daily basis you will be responsible for a team of live/web chat customer service advisors, liaising with customers between the hours of 7pm-7am. You will ensure your team are focused, trained, motivated and supported to provide the best customer service they can. You will also pick up and handle escalated complaints and a range of other ad-hoc duties.
