Ideally, the Customer Service Team Manager will have experience in these areas:
? Managing a Customer Service Team in an FCA regulated call centre environment.
? Working under pressure, managing your time - and the time of others - effectively, working on your initiative.
? Managing a team in a way that motivates and drives performance.
? Communicating and collaborating at all levels of the business
