We need to recruit an experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join their Manchester office and become part of an established and successful customer service function. This team is the A-Team of customer service and is renowned in the industry for providing exceptional service and boasts 4.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot. This CS role pays a competitive salary of £25,000 to £35,000 (doe).

Based in Manchester city centre, you could soon be earning up to £35,000 as a Customer Service Team Manager. The CS role will suit senior Customer Service Management candidates from a call centre background.

The Customer Team Manager Service job:

You'll be responsible for driving the performance of your team of customer service advisors to ensure quality targets and KPIs are consistently met. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing new starters.
  • Daily management of your team and conducting team meetings.
  • Developing staff through monthly 1-2-1s.
  • Providing staff with ongoing training and coaching.

What we are looking for:

You'll have previous experience of managing a customer service team, ideally within an FCA-regulated call centre environment. You'll need the ability to work under pressure and be able to manage your time and admin effectively. Friendly and ambitious, you'll also need to be flexible, self-motivated and determined.
