Life as a Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be managing a team taking a large amount of NHS 111 inbound calls from customers who are worrying about the Coronavirus. You will be asking them a series of questions and providing them with the best advise I.E what to do next

You'll work 37.5 hours per week, shift patterns between 7am and 11pm Mon to Sunday fully flexible.

What you'll need as a Customer Service Manager

If you have customer service Manager experience, we'd like to hear from you we want people who can manage people who can deliver a friendly and professional service. You'll be a 'people person' who's happy to help. Your personality is as important as your previous experience.
