Are you a Customer Service Team leader looking for their next challenge? I've got an EXCITING opportunity available in Leeds City Centre!!

I'm looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Team Leader for a well established, high end electronics retailer which was founded in Yorkshire and has now reached the milestone of TWO decades. The business has become an incredibly popular brand and is one of the leading suppliers within their industry.

You will be managing the Customer Service Team and being the first point of contact for all enquiries and motivating the team to deliver against their targets!

What will you be doing?

* Act as the primary point of escalation for customers / complaint handling
* Provide customers and business partners with information regarding latest promotions and product launches
* Identifying opportunities to upsell
* Processing payments
* Communicating with customers via various channels (e.g. telephone, email, letter)
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders are completed within agreed SLA's
* Monitoring of trends within the contact centre (e.g. ensuring deliveries are correct and on time, refunds are processed in a timely manner, etc.)

What am I looking for?

* Previous Team Leader experience
* Experience of working to call centre KPI's and SLA's
* Confidence and enthusiasm when leading a team
* Excellent motivation skills
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
* Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
