Are you a Customer Service professional with collections experience?

An exciting Collections opportunity in Bury has arisen due to our client expanding their team. The role will begin straight away and comes with a salary of up to £20k per annum.

Your duties will include:
? Speaking to customers and answering any queries on their accounts
? Chasing payments and setting up payment plans for customers
? Supporting other departments including the sales and credit controller teams
? Administration duties and accounts assistant work

Ideal candidates will possess strong collaboration and communication skills and have a confident telephone manner. Your background may have involved sales assistant, customer assistant, retail and call centre work.

The ideal Customer Advisor candidate will:
? Be experienced in a phone-based customer service, credit control or collections environment
? Be a collaborator with a professional and supportive approach
? Possess excellent IT and Excel skills

The Collections full-time role comes with a salary of £18-20,000, plus excellent company benefits, including company pension and free parking. Working hours will be between 8.30 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
