Customer Service/Administration - Temporary to Perm
Full Time Hours - £9ph (Temp) Pay will rise for permanent job - Based in Morley
You will need to be organised with good communication skill both verbal and written and have the ability to work on your own initiative to meet agreed service deadlines. A proactive and committed approach is needed for this role with strong customer service experience and the desire to achieve good outcomes when dealing with queries/complaints.
Will need to have some administration experience as will also be updating systems, producing response letters/emails and completing spreadsheets to monitor progress of customer queries.
