What you'll be doing?
We are looking for an engaging Customer Service / Account Manager to join our team based in Salford! You will have experience working in a fast paced environment, providing a high level of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries via both telephone and email, working closely with our partners to manage the full cycle from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will be proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone!
Duties as a Customer Service / Account Manager:
* Handling Incoming calls and emails from existing customers
* Overseeing daily operations of customer accounts
* Solving both routine problems and complex customer enquiries and issues
* Responding to customer emails and live chat
* Up selling and cross selling into existing accounts
