Are you looking for a new exciting career in Digital Solutions as a Platform Adviser that offers a competitive pay of £10.60 per hour! And to make it even better - this role is based at the Edinburgh Gyle with free parking, gym access and regular public transportation connections. On-site restaurant including Sub-Way, Costa, and Starbucks.


In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and financial advisors via Inbound Telephony, Email and Web Chat. This role requires you to have knowledge of or a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISA, Platform Technology and distribution channels. It would be great if you could also have some knowledge of competitor products and services. But all that and more should be easy for you as a Platform Adviser, because you'll be used to delivering results for customers already.
