A fast-growing and inclusive company in Manchester city centre is after a talented Customer Services Representative to fill a temporary position from mid-August until the end of November. This full-time Customer Service position comes with a salary of £9.08 per hour and has no weekend or night shift commitments.
The role of Customer Service Representative involves providing an excellent, friendly and professional service to customers over the phone. You will need to log call details, process registrations and provide product information.
The Customer Service role:
Based in Manchester, you'll have customer service experience or have worked in customer service jobs and will be used to flexible working. Duties include:
- Providing customers with a professional service via telephone, email, live chat and social media
- Resolving queries in line with agreed KPIs, ensuring escalations are raised promptly
- Ensuring customer account adjustments are dealt with accurately
Customer Advisor experience and skills:
You'll be great at dealing with customers, be committed to excellent service and maintain collaborative working relationships. An analytical approach to problem-solving is essential, and you must be competent with computers. This is a fast-paced working environment, so it is essential to be confident with customers and to be able to think on your feet. For the right candidate, this role will offer a quick start into a fun and exciting workplace.
Customer Service Representatives work flexible shifts between 8 am -4.00pm and 8:30 am - 4:30 am. There is no weekend or night shifts :))
