A fast-growing digital marketing company in Manchester city centre is after a talented Customer Services Representative, starting on a basic salary of £18k.
The role of Customer Service Representative involves providing an excellent, friendly and professional service to clients of a company specialising in generating web traffic, building affiliate networks and management of online media.
The CS role:
Based in Manchester, you'll have customer service experience or have worked in customer service jobs and will be used to flexible working. Duties include:
- Providing customers with a professional service via telephone, email, live chat and social media.
- Resolving queries in line with agreed KPIs, ensuring escalations are raised promptly.
- Ensuring customer account adjustments are dealt with accurately.
- Being conversant with standard operating procedures, bonuses and promotional campaigns.
You'll work on outbound campaigns, new-account welcomes and lapsed player reactivation and should fully understand and comply with the objectives of the Gambling Commission and Gibraltar Regulatory Authority. You should also be fully aware of responsibilities regarding Social Compliance and Licence Conditions Codes of Practice.
Customer Advisor experience and skills:
You'll be great at dealing with customers, be committed to excellent service and maintain good working relationships. An analytical approach to problem-solving is essential, and you must be competent with MS Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to resolve support issues.
Customer Service hours are 8 am until midnight, Monday to Sunday. You'll work a standard rota-based five-day/40-hour week and will be expected to work Bank Holidays. The annual holiday allowance is 33 days per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
